Competent Person (Regulation 7)

Competent advice, without the overhead.

Regulation 7 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 says you need access to competent health and safety advice. It doesn't say you need to employ someone full-time to get it.

What's included

A named competent person (MSc, CMIOSH) as your point of contact, year-round access for the calls that matter, policy and documentation review, and support through SSIP, CHAS, SafeContractor and Acclaim accreditations.

Who this suits

Construction and property businesses that need qualified, experienced advice on tap - a second opinion before signing something off, or support through an accreditation - without carrying a full-time health and safety post.

What this isn't

Not a rubber stamp. We help you discharge your duties properly; we do not guarantee outcomes or paper over problems.
