Barnes Safety & Associates is led by Tony Barnes - MSc (Distinction), CMIOSH.
Tony has spent his career in construction health and safety - on sites, in design meetings, and in the difficult conversations when something hasn't gone to plan. He has worked alongside main contractors on projects from £5m refurbishments to £120m major builds, across healthcare, commercial and residential.
He holds Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) and a Master's with Distinction from the University of Hull. But qualifications only tell part of the story. What clients value is that Tony understands construction - the pressures, the programmes, and the reality of getting things built safely without slowing everyone down.
